Let us help so you can focus on

what matters.

We are here to assist you and your family.

Our goal is to protect you, your financial future and overall well-being.

One of the most common accident resulting in personal injury are auto accidents. If you have been injured in an automobile accident involving a car, motorcycle, bus, or semi truck, you will likely experience pain and suffering, emotional distress, lost wages, medical expenses and property damage. For all of these damages, you should be compensated financially.

What to do when you are involved in an accident:

  • Exchange information: Obtain the other driver's information including his or her name, license number, license plate number, insurance company and insurance policy number.

  • Call the police: Even if the other side admits fault at the scene, you still need to call the police to obtain a report of what happened at the scene on the day of the accident.

  • Witnesses: Obtain contact information of all the witnesses, including their names, phone numbers, and addresses.

  • Photographs: Take pictures of the accident scene, surrounding areas, damages to the car, and any visible physical injuries.

  • Report the accident to your insurance company: After the accident, contact your insurance company to report the accident as soon as possible.

  • Medical care: Seek medical treatment for all your injuries and medical conditions.

  • Property Damage: Keep copies of all of your repair bills and estimates as well as rental car and taxi receipts.

  • Wage loss records: Keep a log of all the days and times you missed work because of injuries you suffered from the accident.

  • Out-of-Pocket Expenses: Keep track of all your out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., receipts for prescription drugs).

  • Emotional distress and Personal Inconvenience: Keep in mind all the suffering you are going through and how the injuries have inconvenienced your daily activities.
